The house is entered through a courtyard garden where there is sufficient space for one car. Once entering the front door (there is an open plan living are that leads you to the spacious living and dining area) the bedrooms and the second living area are upstairs.

The living area is set to give a pool view with a counter bar and along the side. Nicely settled, you will find a dining table for 8 is placed in the front end of the house, offering a close view of the Banyan Tree Golf course and the swimming pool on the right. For those who would love to cool down on a hot day, there is a 15 x 5 m. lap pool with an outdoor sala for them to enjoy.

Up to the second floor, is where the bedrooms are. All bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom. Every room has been designed to have its own view.
