The Phuket Property Hunter brand has been successfully operating in Phuket since 2004, originally from a home office in Rawai, and subsequently from a small office in Surin Beach. Our Head office is now a luxury purpose built viewing gallery in the heart of Surin Village next to Surin Plaza close to the famous Surin Beach. The founder was the current Managing Director Ms Orawan Ramsay a Thai national with over 20 years experience in property, including 20 years of living overseas in The Middle East, London and the competitive market of Hong Kong for 14 years.
Whilst the initial focus has traditionally been on the property consulting side of the business, we have now decided to make significant investment to expand our scope to provide full brokerage services for both the sales and rentals of property. We will also expand our reach to provide brokerage and consultancy services in new markets based from our new offices. To this end we have established the Property Hunter Group, which now has offices in Norway, Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Australia with a Bali office to in the latter part of 2010.
Initially we will offer property from Phuket, Bali and Vanuatu but will expand to offer luxury property in Malaysia, Vietnam, and other parts of Indo China.
The management team consists of European, Australian, Scandinavian and Asian nationals who combine to offer years of property experience to our clients. Our multi lingual staff that enables us to cater for international buyers further compliments this facility.
The ownership of The Group comprises of Architects, Property consultants, sales and marketing specialists and lawyers.
